		<short_desc>Penthouse Heist Suspect</short_desc>
<long_desc>Franky can smell Cats, Boxians and Rats at the scene.</long_desc>
<clue_desc1 flag='Theft_Suspect_EggsHateRats'>There's never been an excuse for rats to be present. According to Franky, Shelly loathes them, as do most Eggs. So it would seem we've got a rat burglar on the loose.</clue_desc1>
<clue_desc2 flag='Theft_Suspect_NotScratch'>It isn't Scratch. He says it would cost far, far more than the job would ever pay, because of the connections he has with and the work he does for Eggs. Furthermore, Scratch has a reputation of never lying. He'll distort and deceive, but any words he speaks are literal truth - and he spoke very directly.</clue_desc2>
<clue_desc3 flag='Theft_Suspect_BlindMice'>The Blind Mice fit the profile. They exist on the fringes of the rat world, outside of Scratch's direct control, and they'd almost certainly be half-starving because of it. The rats that live and work under Scratch are a surprisingly close-knit group.</clue_desc3>

		<image_name>polaroid_theft</image_name>
		<short_desc>Penthouse Heist Opportunity</short_desc>
<long_desc>The Blind Mice had substantial opportunity to pull a heist like the Ossified Egg's off.</long_desc>
<clue_desc1 flag='Theft_Opportunity_BelowTheWorks'>Their location in the Old World positioned the Blind Mice ideally to run up and grab grapplers. From the surface it would have been harder, but from below, few would have noticed they weren't Scratch's rats.</clue_desc1>
<clue_desc2 flag='Theft_Opportunity_OldGrapplers'>There were left-over grapplers in Root's old workshop, which is now the Blind Mice HQ. Who knows if they'd still work, but if the Knockbacks did, the grapplers probably do too.</clue_desc2>

<long_desc>There's plenty of dislike for people that live in the Ossified Egg (Eggs), but amongst some, it's boiling over into hatred and worse.</long_desc>
<clue_desc1 flag='Theft_Motive_BadBlood'>Haps told us how much bad blood there is for Eggs, especially among the rats. Eggs use the rats as de facto slaves, to do all the dirty work they don't want to think about. Who wouldn't want to get back at the Eggs, if that was your life?</clue_desc1>
<clue_desc2 flag='Theft_Motive_OnlyRatsSoStupid'>According to Mazuma, nobody but desperate rats would be stupid enough to take a job that goes against Eggs. Nobody else could have so little to lose as to risk that sort of reprisal. Even amongst rats, Scratch keeps the peace - and would kill them for breaking it - so it'd have to be rats from outside Scratch's domain.</clue_desc2>
<clue_desc3 flag='Theft_Motive_RatsCouldGetGrapplers'>Pretty much everyone in The Works, The Chimney and even Remington wouldn't dare go against Eggs, no matter how much they might like to. Scratch would kill them for it. Desperate rats from down in Old World might, though.</clue_desc3>

<clue_desc1 flag='Theft_Means_NotNearbyCrew'>The construction site beside Ossified Egg doesn't have any such gear, and won't for a while. They mentioned that the rats in The Chimney do, though - they have to, to get up and down The Chimney's shaft.</clue_desc1>
<clue_desc2 flag='Theft_Means_ForemanConfirms'>Foreman said that not only do they have such gear in The Chimney, but that any rat could have grabbed some of it without anyone noticing. Their normal processes are in a wreck, thanks to the ongoing strike.</clue_desc2>

		<short_desc>Leo's Murder Suspect</short_desc>
<long_desc>Leo Welch was a veterinary student making ends meet with a part-time gig as a fry cook. Who would want to murder him? He was a nobody.</long_desc>
<clue_desc1 flag='PiMurder_Suspect_Ninja'>Franky suggested it could be ninjas, because of the lack of obvious footprints or signs of struggle. After all, Leo drowned in his own blood. He wasn't shot, stabbed, or any of the other methods of murder typically seen in Tin Roof. The closest thing we have to ninjas in Tin Roof is rats.</clue_desc1>
<clue_desc2 flag='PiMurder_Suspect_PiHasRoofRats'>Flynn mentioned that the only other people he ever sees on the roof near the Pi trap door are rats. They look hungry, and apparently they look for scraps or try to break in and steal food. Flynn considers his eating them to be a public service. Franky finds him revolting.</clue_desc2>
<clue_desc3 flag='PiMurder_Suspect_RelatedToEgg'>In Leo's apartment, the window was broken in, much as it was in Ossifed Egg. Whoever killed Leo and broke into his apartment would at least appear to be the same people who broke into the Egg.</clue_desc3>

<clue_desc3 flag='PiMurder_Opportunity_FrontDoorCovered'>Neither the physical nor the circumstantial evidence points to Catherine or Bill. <clue_desc1 flag='PiMurder_Motive_Mazuma'>Mazuma says a crew was being hired for an unknown gig, but that the pay was way, way higher than it should have been. It makes sense it involved a murder.</clue_desc1>
<clue_desc2 flag='PiMurder_Motive_Knowledge'>The murderers could have simply rolled Leo out of the puddle and saved his life, but did not. It would thus appear that killing him was at least one of the goals. Given other details in this case, it seems likely it was less because who he was, and more because of something he knew.</clue_desc2>
<clue_desc3 flag='PiMurder_Motive_Food'>The murderer, or murderers, were apparently hungry. They managed to empty an entire store room's worth of food. This after murdering someone, apparently, so hungry and heartless to boot.</clue_desc3>
