| Management The management sub menu contains access to the panels that allow you to monitor the financial progress of your mall, manage your staff and set up promotions. |
| Three of the management panels, financial information, mall information and shopper information show various statistics over three different time periods; total time played, current year to date or current month to date. To switch between the time frames there are three buttons on each panel. |

Total - This displays values since the start of the game. |

| Year - This displays values for the current year to date. | ||
| Month - This displays values for the current month to date. |
| There are other buttons that will alter the information the panels display and these are described in the following sections. Note that on any of the panels there is helpful roll over text for all of the buttons and icons that will appear if you hover your cursor over any point of interest. |

The Loan Button |
| The left half
of the pop up details any current loans you have. It will display one loan
at a time. If you have more than one loan you can use the up and down arrows
to cycle through them. The panel shows the outstanding loan amount followed
by the interest percentage rate and the time left to repay the loan. |
|
|
The right half of the pop up allows you to take out a new loan. The two
values show the amount of the loan, the repayment time and interest rate.
Use the '+' and '-'
to set how much you wish to borrow and the time you wish to borrow over.

Confirm Loan - Once you have set the loan you require simply click the handshake icon and you will be given the loan. |

| The centre of the panel contains a list of all eight store
categories available within the mall, with a bar next to each one which
shows the income, number of stores or number of visitors relative to the
list of categories. The three buttons along the top of the panel are used to determine what the relative store category bars represent. |

Income - sets the bars to show the income of each store category. |

| Number - sets the bars to show number of stores in each category. | ||
| People - sets the bars to show the total number of people visiting stores in each category. |
Along the bottom of the panel are three buttons which control the timeframe that the shopper statistics are shown over. So for example clicking the 'Year' button and the 'Income' button will cause the statistic bars to show how much money each category of stores has made in the year to date. The right of the panel has five further statistics. |

The two icons at the top of
the panel provide the following information.
Below these are buttons representing the three categories of staff. |
| Next to each of these buttons are two values.
The top one is the number of staff hired in this category and the second
is the monthly wage bill for this category. Clicking on any one of these buttons will give a list of the current staff available within the category. The left half of the list shows which staff are available for hire. The number next to each one shows how many you currently employ. The right side shows the list of skills/technologies/staff that the selected member of staff may research. |

Information Pop-up Once a member of staff has been hired, you can call up an information panel on them at any time by clicking on them with the right mouse button. The panel displays the following information.

Relocate - This is used to order an employee to patrol a different area of the mall. When doing so you will have to place them in the mall in the same way you did when they were first hired. |

First Person Mode - Click on the small camera button and you will be given a view from the staff members' eyes whilst walking around the mall. Click the camera a second time to return to normal camera mode. You may also press 'C' on the keyboard to activate and deactivate first person mode. |

Pop-up Similar in usage to the staff pop up. If you right click on a shopper you will get a pop up panel which shows various details about the shopper. Centrally at the top of the panel is a round icon showing which store / service / feature in the mall they are currently looking for. Down the left of the panel are icons showing the gender/age of the shopper, how they arrived at the mall and how wealthy they are. Down the right of the panel are three icons which represent the shoppers mood, based on their level of hunger, level of boredom and level of happiness. |
