5. Modifiable PC Video Settings
----------------------------------------
The modifiable graphics settings are stored in a file called "videosettings.FlockSaveGame" which is created in the "My Documents\Flock" folder the first time video settings are changed in-game.

The commands are:

#width <pixels> - this is the horizontal resolution

#height <pixels> - this is the vertical resolution

	#fullscreen <0 or 1> - this toggles fullscreen mode

#lowspecresoverride <0 or 1> - setting this to 1 unlocks the resolution limit of 1024x768 in "low-spec" mode

	#forcelowspec <0 or 1> - setting this to 1 forces "low-spec" mode

	#forcehighspec <0 or 1> - setting this to 1 forces "high-spec" mode

And these may be modified at the user's own risk to customise performance to the capabilities of their PC.

"high-spec" mode is intended for the current generation of video hardware installed in "gamer" laptops and DirectX 9.0 capable graphics cards.

"low-spec" mode is intended for graphics hardware typically installed in laptop PCs and "legacy" desktop video cards.

Whilst FLOCK! will automatically select the mode most suitable for your graphics card on some hardware configurations you may be able to boost your gameplay experience by forcing FLOCK! to run in "low-spec" mode.

Additionally, whilst it is not recommended, on some hardware configurations FLOCK! may default to running "low-spec" but the PC is capable of running in "high-spec". Forcing to "high-spec" mode should be done with extreme caution and you may experience un-expected crashes and errors and/or a very low screen refresh rate.

For those feeling confident enough to edit and append command line "switches" to game shortcuts, the following are available

	-w<pixels>	width
	-h<pixels>	height
-t toggle full screen mode (sets it to the opposite of what is currently set in videosettings.FlockSaveGame)
	-q no sound
	-m "low-detail" mode
	-s "low-spec" mode (which includes "low-detail" mode)

These command line switches take precidence over the settings list above, and in particular "low-detail" mode may give a performance boost to slower performing graphics hardware whilst running in "high-spec" mode. This should be used with caution in association with #forcehighspec 1 above.

For example, "flock!.exe -w800 -h600 -t -q -m" would run FLOCK! at 800 x 600 screen resolution, windowed (if #fullscreen 1 is set above, otherwise fullscreen), wih no sound and in "low-detail" mode.
