Create Tournament

Tournament Region

The region only designates a preferred geographic area and does not limit participants based on where they live. This is a good way to help ensure all participants are in the same time zones, speak the same languages, and connection times should be reduced.

Tournament Name

The name of the Tournament separates yours from all the other Tournaments in the lobby. Use something unique that describes your event.

Open Tournament

Open Tournaments are a single knockout style event and open to any individual.

Club Vs. Club

Club Vs. Club (CvC) is a round robin between the Members of two official EA SPORTS™ Clubs. Use the “Find Club” button to select and challenge an opposing club. EA SPORTS™ will notify the Members of each Club and invite them to join. Each Club must have at least 5 members to qualify for a CvC event.

Rated Games

If a tournament is marked as “Rated” the results of each game will impact the personal Rating of the participants. An unrated Tournament offers no Token rewards for the participants.

Allow Duplicate Teams

When checked, each Member of the Tournament must use a single unique team throughout the entire Tournament. No other Member may play with the same team. Selection of teams is on a first-come-first-choose basis. Once selected a team cannot be changed without quitting and rejoining the Tournament before it begins. This selection will be circumvented by the “Maximum players per Club” option of a Club Vs. Club Tournament if that maximum, multiplied by 2, exceeds the number of teams in the league.

Entry Fees

An entry fee is an administrative charge and is required for each Tournament.

Pro Play

With Pro Play you and your opponents will play online according to the official rules of online game play. The official rules are established by EA SPORTS™. Only Pro Play games qualify for Leaderboard Rankings.

Custom Game Setup

Custom allows you to edit the settings of game play to meet your personal preferences. Custom games will not be Ranked games and therefore will not count toward your Leaderboard placement.
