<font size='+8'>Member Stats</font>
Members have the following stats...
<li><font size='+5'>ROCK</font> - The overall quality of a musician on a scale of five stars. Used for calculating the band's overall ROCK rating. </li><li><font size='+5'>Song Writing</font> - The member's level of skill at writing songs. It determines the quality of all songs this member writes when assigned to write songs. It slowly and gradually increases while the member is writing songs.</li><li><font size='+5'>Raw Talent</font> - Determines how quickly the member can improve his/her skills by practicing. The higher a member's talent, the faster other skills can rise when he/she practices.</li><li><font size='+5'>Instrument Skill</font> - The most important stat when it comes to determining a member's ROCK rating. It increases gradually while a member is practicing his/her instrument. This is the primary way to increase a member's ROCK rating.</li><li><font size='+5'>Ego</font> - A verbal title that describes how big a character's ego is. The bigger a member's ego, the harder they are to please. A member's ego will go up gradually with each success he/she experiences. Note that if  member has a better ROCK rating than his/her fellow band members, his/her ego will grow faster than theirs.</li><li><font size='+5'>Popularity</font> - A verbal title that describes how popular the member is. They are similar to the band's popularity rating, but show how popular individual members are compared to others.</li><li><font size='+5'>Stress</font> - The member's current level of stress from recent experiences. Resting decreases it over time, almost everything else will increase it. A stressed member will take a break from what they're doing and resume when they feel better.</li><li><font size='+5'>Happiness</font> - Shows how content the member is with their current state. It increases slowly when a member is allowed to rest, and will go down when bad things happen or when they are denied requests for new gear.</li>
