Mgr Options > Club Settings

The Club Settings screen allows the GM to change the entries that control the Club Name, Description and more. These are identical to the settings chosen during the Club's creation.

You may alter any of the entries created when the Club was first created in addition to setting the membership status to open or closed.

1. Select a Logo: You may select from any of the available logos. Click on the arrows to scroll the list and click on a logo to select it. Alternatively you may create a logo of your own and upload it. After creating a logo of the appropriate dimension and in .jpg or .gif format, click BROWSE. A standard dialogue box appears promoting you to select the logo from your hard drive. When you have selected the logo press OPEN.*

2. Club Name: Give your Club a title. Enter a Club name of up to 16 characters.

3. Club Description: A Club description details what your Club is all about. You may dedicate your Club to a certain professional team, or indicate that your Club is for any enthusiasts of the game. There is a maximum of 80 characters.

4. Membership Status: You may change the status of the Club from Open to Closed and back again. An open Club accepts new members at any time until reaching the maximum occupancy. A closed Club will not accept any new members, or applications, regardless of the number of active members.

5. Private Club: You may designate your Club as a Private Club. In this case other members may not immediately join your Club, they must apply first. As the Club Manager you must approve new members and add them to your approved Member's List. Once a member is on your approved Members List they can then JOIN the Club by visiting your Club's Home Page.

When you are satisfied with your entries, click SAVE CHANGES. You may modify these entries at any time by visiting the SETTINGS screen.
