Mgr Options > Manage Club
Only the Club's Manager has access to this screen. This screen allows the club's manager to update club news bulletins, manage the club member lists, and perform special club operations.
Update Club News:
The Club manager can publish news bulletins to the Club Home Page at any time. These news bulletins may include recent events, new member announcements, or the gloating of a recent Club victory.
To update the Club's news bulletins, make your desired changes to the headline and body, and then click UPDATE NEWS.
Club Operations:
Recruit Members displays a popup dialog window that allows you to search for other EASO members registered for this game title. Select the members from the search results you wish to recruit to your Club. Each person you recruit receives a message and is placed on the Approved Recruits list until they have accepted your offer.
Transfer Management allows the Club Manager to pass full control of the Club to another Member. By doing so, the Manager relinquishes all responsibility and accepts that they no longer have the ability to maintain the Club. To begin the transfer management process, click TRANSFER MANAGEMENT and follow the steps provided onscreen. You will need to select the Club Member you wish to nominate as the new Club Manager. The Member you nominate will be asked to accept or decline the management position. You will be alerted to their decision.
Disband Club ends the Club permanently. You should consider transferring management of the Club to another member before disbanding a Club. The Club must contain no more than the indicated number of members before it can be terminated. All Club settings and standings earned for your Club will be lost. Disbanded Club Members will be notified by the system. The profiles and ratings of the individual players will not be affected when the Club is disbanded. The Disband button displays a popup dialog window from which you must confirm this operation before it will proceed.
Manage Club Member Lists:
The four tabs enable you to manage your Club members. The number displayed next to the tab's label indicates the number of players listed on that tab.
There is a Member Status popup command menu located in the status column for each player listed on the four tabs. Different commands are displayed on each tab.
Players banned from a club are prevented from rejoining or reapplying to join the club.
Removed players are able to rejoin or reapply to join a club at any time.
Members tab:
- Lists all active Club members (maximum 32). Only the weekly Tokens won by the active Club members will contribute to the Club's weekly Tokens.
- Commands listed in Member Status popup menu: Ban & Remove.
- Banned players will be moved to the banned tab.
-Removed players will be removed from this Club's four lists.
Approved Recruits tab:
- Lists players that the manager has recruited but have not accepted the offer yet.
- Lists previously banned players that have since been unbanned.
- Lists players that have applied to join and have been accepted into your private Club. The player will be moved to the active Club member's list after they have confirmed that they still want to join your Club.
- Commands listed in Member Status popup menu: Ban & Remove.
-Banned players will be moved to the banned tab.
-Removed players will be removed from this Club's four lists.
Pending Approval tab:
- Lists players that have applied to join your private Club and are waiting for the manager's approval. This tab will always be empty for a public Club unless the Club had previously been a private Club with players pending approval.
- Commands listed in Member Status popup menu: Accept & Decline.
-Accepted players will be moved to the Approved recruits tab.
-Declined players will be removed from this Club's four lists.
Banned tab:
- Lists players that have been banned from the Club.
- Commands listed in Member Status popup menu: Unban & Remove.
vUnbanned players will be moved to the Approved Recruits list.
-Removed players will be removed from this Club's four lists.
