Create Matchup

To create your own Matchup, click CREATE MATCHUP. Anyone may host their own Matchup. As the host you have control over many of the game options.

Click CREATE MATCHUP. The Create Matchup screen appears and prompts for the following information*:

MATCHUP NAME:  Enter the name of your Matchup game.

GAME MODE:  Select game mode type: 5-on-5 or 1-on-1.

RANKED GAME;  To make your game ranked, check the box next to Ranked Game. Ranked games will impact player's ratings while unranked games will not. Practice and have fun with unranked games until you are ready to compete in a ranked game.

PRIVATE:  To make your game private, check the box next to Private. A private game includes a password that players must enter in order to participate. This is a good way to control who your participants will be. Check the Private checkbox and enter a password. Don't forget your password! You can share your password with other members or your buddies using the message command (from the member's popup menu).

To create the Matchup, click CREATE MATCHUP. To cancel your Matchup, click CANCEL.

To begin play:

After creation, you will be waiting for someone to join your Matchup. When someone joins your Matchup, you will be directed to the game setup screens. The Matchup host controls the game setup.
