Manage Tournament

The Club Manager has the ability to SIMULATE any pending tournament game and END the tournament as required. When a game is simulated, the system will randomly select a winner and notify the two players of the results (simulated games will not impact member's ratings). Players would also be notified if the manager terminates the tournament.

The manage schedule list will display pending and completed games. Completed games will display their final scores.

Pending games will have a Simulate command button icon in the last column of the manage schedule list. Clicking the Simulate button will cause the selected pending game to be simulated.

For example: A club manager may choose to simulate a game that has no scheduled round deadline but is not being completed in a timely fashion and is now holding up other players waiting to advance to the next round.

Only one tournament can exist at any given time for a particular club. When the tournament has been completed or terminated, the Club Manager may create a new tournament using the CREATE option in the left navigation bar.
