STORY
=====

Vega, known to his followers as Master or Lord Vega, and to the world outside 
of Japan as Major Bison, is the leader of the international criminal 
organisation known as Shadowlaw, or Shadoloo. Their evil actions range from 
drug distribution to assassination.

In order to acquire assassins deadly enough to successfully complete assigned 
missions of murder, Vega seeks street fighters from around the world that show 
potential strength and fighting ability, thus also making them prime killers 
to serve under his mighty rule.

Vega believes in nothing but perfection, and he achieves obedience from his
captive street fighters through the use of his brain washing machine, 
appropriately named "The Mind Sweeper".

Vega himself is not human; he has been alive for many centuries, and is the
source of an immense power known as "Psycho Power". With this power, he can
cause mass destruction, and easily manipulate the minds of his followers.

Hearing of the M.U.G.E.N universe, Vega personally enters what he considers a
vast treasure trove of skilled fighters, conveniently transported by his 
stealth aircraft, the VTOL, searching for victims who will be forced to serve
under him in world domination.

NOTES
=====

This is my first version of Vega/M.Bison for M.U.G.E.N.

Do not copy it and/or use it for your own compilations without realising the
effort that I put into this creation.

Bison/Vega is also my first completely cropped character, hence the longer
duration of its release.
But then came the new sprmaker, so what a waste of time that was.

I am aware that when his palette is changed in the original games, the colours
of his special attacks change also. I haven't implemented this as it would take
me a very, very, very long time to do.

If you have trouble comboing special moves, read "Known Bug Info".

INSTALLATION
============

* Make sure you have the latest version of M.U.G.E.N.
  If not, check out www.elecbyte.com

* Please obtain his background and music as well, titled vegabg.zip
  Read the installation instructions for the bg in vegabg.txt

After installing M.U.G.E.N, create a directory under the CHARS directory.
The directory must be called VEGA
Unzip the files in this archive there.

Edit SELECT.CFG under the DATA directory as instructed within the file,
adding Vega with the line:

vega, stages/_____.def

..where _____ is which background file you choose.
For example, to install Vega's background, you would type:

vega, stages/vegabg.def

No super-shadow / after-images during his Supreme Psycho Crusher.. yet?

Buffering from combos into special moves are a bit difficult because of
the way M.U.G.E.N. handles controls, so.. I have found the best way to
combo is to wait until the hit sound is over then complete the motion of
the special move you want to buffer by pushing the button.
