STORY
=====

Rugal seeks to broaden his collection of statues that he has made from the
world's greatest fighters. To do this, he enters the universe of M.U.G.E.N.

In order to properly enjoy the God Press attacks, you must alter backgrounds:
In the STAGES directory, in each .DEF file, change the "tension" level to 300.
This will make it so the camera moves properly.

To use Omega Rugal's standing animation, edit the .AIR file as shown here:

INSTALLATION
============

* Make sure you have the latest version of M.U.G.E.N.
  If not, check out www.elecbyte.com

* Try to download his background and music as well, titled rugalbg.zip
  Read the installation instructions for the bg in rugalbg.txt

After installing M.U.G.E.N, create a directory under the CHARS directory.
The directory must be called RUGAL
Unzip the files in this archive there.

Edit SELECT.CFG under the DATA directory as instructed within the file,
adding Rugal with the line:

rugal, stages/rugalbg.def

Overwrite the files inside the RUGAL directory with the ones in this archive.

KNOWN BUG INFO
==============

Sometimes Rugal's medium Kaiser Wave did not come out in 0.1
This is because when he was too close to the edge of the screen,
the position of the Kaiser Wave would stop it from coming out for some reason.
To fix this I moved it forward and increased the collision box's range in order
to reduce the possibility of the Kaiser Wave missing people at point blank.

Also in 0.1, Rugal would not be able to initiate special moves if you did
not skip the introduction. This is because all projectiles in the cns file
must have projremovetime after them. If projremovetime is not in the cns,
the projectile will not be removed and any moves with projectiles after
that will not work, hence the disability of the special attacks.

For some reason Rugal takes a long time to turn around.
This was fixed in 0.2 but I failed to explain how:
His landing animation from his jumping was too long.

Although some of Rugal's moves are programmed to hit people who are on the
floor, because almost all currently available characters do not have collision
for their character's floor animation, Rugal cannot hit them.

Very deep jumping attacks will miss, I think this is because of MUGEN.

Combos that start with jumping attacks are not as easily executable as in
King of Fighters 98.

His Gigatech Pressure is missing the flames when he connects.
This is because it is difficult to implement them during his sliding.

During God Press moves, the victim may sometimes fly off in the opposite
direction, this is probably due to cross-ups.

When trading hits with the God Press, the other person will go flying off.
This is because of the way the God Press is programmed.
To avoid this, I have altered the sprite collision for Rugal during his dash.
This bug may also have been fixed now thanks to Neogouki who made me aware of
the trigger "TargetBind".

Unfortunately, this made some characters mysteriously shrink into the
background when God Pressed. I fixed this by adding snap = 0,0,0 to the hitdef.

Sliding across a background with someone in tow is quite slow because MUGEN
seems to not move the camera fast enough.

Projectiles (such as the arc flash on Rugal's Genocide Cutter) will cause
the opponent to block when trying to walk back.
I think I have fixed this because the animations had a -1 which caused
them to loop infinitely, instead of dissipating.

There might be some bugs with various attacks during team play, such as
hitting victims with the Lunar Genocide in certain positions.

During team play, a Dualtech Pressure may cause the program to crash.
I suspect this is due to memory restraints.

I made a stupid mistake where if the Lunar Genocide's second kick hit and was
guarded against, Rugal would not come down or initiate the third kick, but
instead repeatedly fly upwards doing the second kick while causing the screen
to shake violently. This has been rectified.

On Orochi Herman's stages, it seems that the edge boundaries were not set
properly, which caused the God Press to never hit the wall.
