First step in the game is dropship landing. You must search a plane surface and land dropship there. Move mouse cursor over landscape and when it become green click left mouse button for initiate landing. It is important that the surface around was as flat as possible, it will save money when you expand the base.
To access the Building menu, click on the first icon on the main panel at the top of the screen. Then you can select a building to construct, color building icons - buildings available for construction, grayscale icons - not available (they will be unlock later). Button "Tree" shows building dependence for all buildings. Now click on Wind-generator icon and then click on "Build" button.
Now you can place building on a map. All buildings must be placed on a distance at least  of 1 square from another, except Wind-generators they can be placed in a line like on a picture above. You can build a multiple Wind-generators just clicking left mouse button, and when done click a right mouse button for exit from construction mode.
Good! You learned how to build buildings, all buildings in the game can be build that way. Now you need to connect this Wind-generators to the Dropship base. All buildings must be connected to the Dropship base by electric lines. To do that you need to click on a "E-lines" button on the main panel at the top of the screen. Then first click left mouse button create start point of E-line and second click create end point of E-line, after that appears constructed E-line between these two points.
Now you need to learn how modify landscape to make plane surface areas. Select excavator tool, then move cursor on desired landscape vertex - you can see numbers on cursor image, it is price. Top number - price to lift up vertex, bottom number - price to lower vertex. If appears "----" instead of numbers, it means that this action is impossible, because nearby vertexes are needed to be modify first, or nearby buildings (or E-lines) prevent this action.
Now it is necessary to construct Refinery to extract minerals. Refinery must be built on mineral deposits. You can see these deposits by switching to Minerals View. To do this you can use hotkey M or press the button with the image of minerals on panels of a player's minimap on right-lower screen corner. The more under Refinery are minerals of the same type, the faster the Refinery will make extraction of this type of  minerals. Refinery can extract simultaneously only one type of minerals from those which are under it. It is desirable to construct minimum one Refinery on each type of a mineral, that will provided factories by all types of minerals. Now switch to mineral view and build at least two Refineries like you early do with Wind generators.
On mineral view you can see a dark-gray tiles. This is unexplored terrain. After thr dropship landing some territory around will be explored, but other territories must be explored with Geo-Exploration Group. To access control panel you need open Production Screen (second button on main panel), page Geo-Exploration. You need to click on button "Send to area" and choose flat tile. Group will explore terrain around this tile. After finish Geo-Exploration group is ready to explore other unexplored areas. Later you can research new tech to get additional Geo-Exploration Groups to your control. Now send Geo-Exploration Group to unexplored area.
You can see detail information about Refinery mineral extraction in Refinery menu. To do this you must click left mouse button on a building (Refinery) to select building. Then you must click on button with two little windows - this button will open a building menu. Now go to the Refinery menu.
Factory can produce 3 types of products. First - missile parts, they required different types of minerals. Manufactured missile parts are delivered to storages (Building types: Dropship, Storage, Starport, Additional base). Second - Cruise Missile (CM), they require different types of missile parts. Manufactured Cruise Missiles are delivered to CML (Cruise Missile Launchers). Third - Anti-Cruise Missile (ACM), they require different types of minerals. Manufactured Anti-Cruise Missiles are delivered to ACML (Anti-Cruise Missile Launchers). Click on the button "New Production" to set production. Only one production type can the Factory produce at the same time. We recommend to build the Factory for each type of missile parts and additional Factories to produce ACM and CM missiles. 
Dropship, Storage, Starport, Additional Base - these buildings store minerals and missile parts, in building menu you can see what exactly they store, and you can recycle some products. You don't pay or receive money for this action, it needs only to get some free space. Different buildings have different capacity. One thing you must remember - if your storages are full - your economy will be stopped, so keep eye on free space counter on mineral panel. Mineral panel located on the right of the screen, top counter - is free space counter. Other counters for minerals, top number - mineral of this type on storages, low number - number of extracting tiles used by Refineries. Now build at least one Storage.
To produce Cruise-Missiles you need to design a missile prototype. You can open Prototype Screen by click on a fourth large button (with missile image) on the main panel at the top of the screen. Each missile must be assemble from Case, Engine and Guidance system - basic components of a missile. In addition, you can add to the warhead of a missile different components. Drag and drop systems on empty boxes on a missile. You must place engine on red slot, guidance system on yellow slot, warhead components on white slot. After all you need to edit the name of missile prototype and click "Create" button to save your prototype. This saved prototype will be added to production list in Factory menu. You need to build a Sci-center to research new missile parts and components. So build the Sci-center as soon as possible to obtain new technologies.
You built Sci-center, this gives you an access to a Research Screen. To open the Research Screen click on a sixth large button (with microscope image) on the main panel at the  top of the screen. In the Research Screen you can see many technologies - colored are available for production, gray - required a research. Many technologies depend on others, and before open some of this you need to research other first. When you select proper technology to research you can press "Start" button to start research. Only one technology can be researched at the same time. If you build a second sci-center, you gain access to the research of economic technologies. Economic technologies can be researched independent from missile technologies. But only one missile technology and one economic technology can be researched at the same time.
You can sell some minerals on a Space market. You can access the Market screen by clicking on a large third button (with balance image) on the main panel at the top of the screen. In the Market Screen you can see a price diagram of a selected mineral. Price on minerals changes and selling on time when price is high gives good profit. The Dropship base has a small landing strip, and it can be used only by small trader ships. Building Additional Bases can increase number of trading ships landed at same time. Building a Starport make possible to land a large trading ship. Large trading ship can carry much more minerals. On the black market buy some missiles part, but this is illegal. Building the Starport also opens an access to the black market, where you can try to sell some missiles part, but this is illegal. One time you can make a good money, other - you may fail and pay a penalty.
When CML built, Factories deliver Cruise-Missile. Now you can start a Missile War. All management you can do in Air Control Center (ACC) Screen. To enter the screen you must click on fifth large button (with radar image) on the main panel at the top of the screen. There are three pages - Defense, Targets and Launch. Defense page will display detected enemy missiles. You can intercept enemy CM missiles by launching ACM missiles. On the Targets page you can set targets for your missiles. On Launch page you can launch CM missiles, and watch how your missiles path through enemy air defense. 
There are a lot of useful information: number of tiles with minerals under the building, mineral extraction progress bar and so on. If your Refinery built on two or more mineral deposits, droplist button makes available to choose mineral type to extract. Each extracted mineral stores on Refinery mini-storage and only 10 units will be delivered to the dropship storage. You can deliver all available on mini-storage minerals to the Dropship storage by clicking on "Deliver now" button. Now close this menu by pressing "Close" button and build a new building - Factory.
Well done. Factory is needed for missile production. To start a new production go to a Factory menu. Enter the factory menu like you do with Refinery menu.
One of the most important buildings in the game is a Radar. It is necessary to detect enemy missiles. If the Radar is off, you can't  intercept enemy missiles. Turning on the Radar requires some time, so watch Energy balance counter to prevent energy shortage. When the Radar is turned off, or starting up, base at this time defenseless. Also working Radar activate  player and opponent minimaps. Now you need to build the Radar.
If button "Air Control Center" flick on the main panel then the player is under attack by enemy missiles. Missiles fly through two zones - Far zone and Near zone. In Far zone missile has less chance of detection and interception than in the Near zone. If button is flashing yellow, then enemy missile flies in Far zone, if button flashing red - missile in the Near zone. The missile flies each zone for 30 seconds. If you fails to intercept the missile, the missile hit the target on your map. In the Air Control Center on the Defense page you can see  approaching enemy missiles. To intercept you need to build anti-cruise-missile launcher (ACML) and equip it with ACM missiles. On the right side of the Defense screen you can see slots for ACM missiles, two slots for each ACML. The red  color means that slot is empty, green - slot loaded and ACM ready to launch. 
When you will have ready to launch ACM missiles, on the enemy missiles panel appear round buttons - clicking on them will launch ACM missiles to intercept. Pressing one button launch one ACM missile at the enemy cruise missile in which the panel it has been pressed. The button will change its view from round button to cross - meaning that ACM missile has launched. When enemy cruise missile flies at the end of the zone, occurs calculation - will ACM missiles down enemy cruse missile or not. Empty circle - mean a miss, a circle with a cross - hit. To be sure that the enemy will be hit you need to launch to intercept more than one ACM missile. All depends on the type of enemy missiles and its systems. On the Prototype Screen, you can see the characteristics of designed missile - the probability of interception and detection in the Near and Far zones.
To begin new production you need to click on goods picture, then set quantity you wish to make, and press "Start production" button. If storages have shortage of raw materials  for production then you cannot change quantity (it will be 0). The quantity of required minerals displayed on the right part of the Factory menu. Available minerals on all storages draw in yellow color. To change quantity of production you can click on buttons with + - symbols. Left mouse click increase/reduce number on 1, and right click increase/reduce on 10. Click on the button with an empty rhombus will set a zero, and click on the button with an filled rhombus will set a maximum possible.
