Dropship is space ship with colonists aboard. After landing Dropship became main construction in base and all building must be connected with it. Dropship has a small runway for small trading ships. If enemy destroy player Dropship game will be lost, but only if player have not additional bases.
Refinery extracts minerals from mineral deposits located under building. Speed of extraction can be raised by research of special technology.
Additional base is a building like Dropship. Additional base can be building far from main base and not connected with Dropship. All remote buildings should be connected with additional base. Player can build only 3 additional bases per mission. So if enemy destroy Dropship and all additional bases game will be lost.
Wind-generators produce energy for all buildings. Higher on the ground wind-generators be built, higher energy they will produce. So better build it on top of hills. Research of special wind-generation technology can increase output power of all wind-generators.
Nuclear power plant produce much more energy then wind-generators, but this power plant use nuclear fuel  Radiaterium. It can be extracted by Refineries, but this type of mineral is very rare and if you have not explored Radiaterium deposits you can buy Radiaterium on market.
Batteries must be built close to substation and form a battery field. All excess of energy in electric network goes to batteries through Substation. In case of shortage of energy, battery fields will provide continuous work of building for a while. On mineral panel on right border of screen you can see two vertical progress bars, blue bar indicate level of charge of all battery fields and turquoise bar indicate how long battery fields can supply buildings with energy in situation of energy shortage. Each division is equal to 30 seconds.
Packer produces accumulators which can be sold on market. When battery field became completely charged it is switched on packer and all energy stored in batteries goes on creation of accumulators. After discharging battery field switch on network and charging again. It is good to be built large battery fields because manufacturing of one accumulator need at least 3 batteries.
Factory produce parts of CM (cruise missiles), ACM (Anti-Cruise missiles) and make assemblage of CM from it parts. To crease CM need to design prototype at first. Each factory can make simultaneously only one type of production.
Storage store all extracted minerals, and produced CM parts. It is desirable to build storages near Refineries and Factories. It will reduce time of delivery minerals and other goods. 
Cruise Missile Launcher (CML) store up to 10 missiles, but can launch only one at same time. After missile launch, CML load launching tube with new missile from stock. The more CML constructed the more powerful strike you can deal.
Anti-cruise missile launcher (ACML) can launch 2 ACM (anti-cruise missiles) simultaneously.
Radar is eyes and ears of system of air defense. Radar detect incoming missiles and allow launch ACM to intercept.  Radar cant turn on at one moment, it will take some time, so keep eye on energy balance and build a battery fields to prevent shortage of energy. When Radar is turned off player base became defenseless from enemy attack.
Starport has a big runway for large trader ships. Also Starport allow to trade with contraband goods. Only two Starports can be build.
Sci-center allows making research of missile technologies. New technologies are very urgent for victory so try to begin researches as soon as possible. Many technologies may not available in first missions. Construct of second sci-center will open access to research economic technologies which improve efficiency of many buildings. At shortage of energy all research will suspended.

Substation transforms excess of energy from electric network and stores it in batteries. One Substation with batteries called Battery field, only 4 battery field can be construct. It is impossible connect two battery fields with batteries.
